My therapy approach is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and other stress reduction practices. I also provide online therapy in my counseling practice. Using CBT, ACT, and mindfulness are very effective with online therapy.
